Any fees paid to GoDirect Entertainment by these entertainers/buinesses are of the nature of advertising fees.

Content on our site is intended for the purpose of providing information about artists/entertainers, musicians and businesses supplying goods and services related to the entertainment industry.

The listing of an entertainer or business on the website is not an endorsement of that entertainer or business by GoDirect Entertainment, and should not be construed as such.
Similarly, GoDirect Entertainment does not provide any guarantee or warranty of goods or services supplied by entertainers and business listed on the site.

GoDirect Entertainment does not guarantee in any way that the use of, or listing on, the website will produce firm bookings and/or income as a result of enquiries generated from our website; nor do we promise or guarantee that a listing on the website will further the career or livelihood of any artist/entertainer or business listed.

Booking Enquiries:

You are very welcome to visit our website to place online booking enquiries, and in doing so, agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required on the online booking enquiry form.

All information submitted via the online booking form is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Entertainer/Business Listings:

In applying for a listing on the website, you agree that you:

• are solely responsible for the content or information you supply for publishing or display on our website.
• will not supply any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
• will respond to enquiries in a prompt and timely manner.

Mutual Promotion Program

Our Mutual Promotion Program aims to broadly promote GoDirectEntertainment.com.au and the entertainers and businesses listed thereon.

Participation in the Mutual Promotion Program is voluntary and not a requirement for listing on GoDirectEntertainment.com.au. However, should you elect to participate in this program, you agree that:

• GoDirect Entertainment and it's employees and representatives may use and distribute any material you have supplied as we feel is appropriate in order to promote your listing and GoDirect Entertainment. This may include, but is not restricted to, the supply of bios, images, sound files, video files to other websites and social media portals such as YouTube.com, street press and other print media, radio presenters.
• whilst we will always endeavour to attain a favourable result from our promotional efforts, GoDirect Entertainment and it's employees and representatives cannot not be held responsible or liable in any way for any unfavourable or negative reviews, articles or comments made by those receiving/reviewing the promotional material or commenting via social media websites - the sole responsibilty and any liability for such rests totally with the author(s) concerned.

Fees & Charges

There is no fee for submitting a booking enquiry, or any other charges to an enquirer. Entertainers and Businesses to whom the enquiry is directed are charged a small lead fee on the acceptance of an enquiry. Additionally, an initial setup fee may apply for a listing.

Refund of Fees

Refund of fees will be conducted in accordance with the following:

• Should a listing application be refused, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
• Lead fees paid on the acceptance of an enquiry are not refundable.
• In the event of a listing being suspended or permanently removed from the website due to failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, no fees will be refunded.

Indemnities

All users of GoDirectEntertainment.com.au agree to indemnify GoDirect Entertainment and its directors, employees, partners and suppliers against any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or our Mutual Promotion Program, and any and all claims by a third party. GoDirect Entertainment shall not be liable for any default or negligent act or omission of any parties using the website or our Mutual Promotion Program i.e. the enquirer, the act, entertainer or supplier arising in any way whatsoever.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GoDirect Entertainment or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the website shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, in-direct, or punitive damages arising out of your or any other parties, access to or use of our website or our Mutual Promotion Program.
