We specialize in anything from private birthday parties to major corporate functions, offering some of the best entertainers in Melbourne.

- Troy Picone (Picco the Clown) is a professional entertainer with over 20 years performance experience.
- Our company, ‘Clowning with Picco’ is a well renowned children’s entertainment company that specialises in family friendly shows.
- Troy is a highly trained multi skilled entertainer and a master of comedy.
- He specializes in balloon artistry, illusions, juggling, free standing ladder balancing, objects chin balancing, and has extensive experience working in front of a camera and live audiences.
- Troy’s most famous character is Picco the Clown, but he also performs as Captain Handkerchief, a Keystone Cop, Picco the Clown Chef (magic cooking show), Reggie and Mr Piccoloon (Balloon artist).
- Troy Picone has received 10 years of training from the worlds best (Moscow & Nanging) circus trainers
- Troy performed with the Fruit Fly Circus for over 10 years
- Troy has also received Puppetry training from Mal hope (Mixy the Rabbit on Feral T.V.)

This is a fun-filled 1 hour birthday package that includes:
Picco the Clown or one of his amazing friends interactively creating any balloon challenge your child can give.
Each child is guaranteed a Super Dooper Balloon and plenty of fun!
Up to 15 children (an additional $4 per child after 15)
FACE PAINTING PACKAGE $195
This is a fun-filled 90 min birthday package that includes:
An amazing Face Painter that comes to your party fully dressed in character etc. Pirate, Clown, Fairy. Each child is guaranteed one outstanding Face Painting design. Up to 15 children (an additional $4 per child after 15)
CLOWNING WITH PICCO’S MAGIC AND JUGGLING BIRTHDAY PACKAGE $255
This is a 1 ½ hour interactive birthday package that includes:
Ballooning Package plus an incredibly interactive 30 minute magic & juggling show. Show includes live animals, heaps of laughs and pure craziness!!!
CLOWNING WITH PICCO'S ULTIMATE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE $395
This is an extravagant 2 ½ hour birthday package that includes:
Face Painting
Ballooning
Larger Magic and Juggling Show with PA System
Song and Dance with crazy disco lights
Party Games and more.
Up to 20 children
There are two different types of parties for this package:
1) Show for 2-6 yrs or
2) A different show for 7-12 yrs old

A 2 ½ hour package containing a series of circus tricks that will blow you mind!
