A finalist in the New Talent category at the 2007 Country Music Association of Australia (CMAA) Awards Nik Phillips is one of Australian music’s best kept secrets. Nik is an alternative country singer songwriter.

Nik's show combines his own material with a selection of over 500 remakes of classic songs,all performed in his unique, acoustic based style.

Current CD "Songs From the Fourth Floor" is currently receiving strong country radio and CMC coverage.

A long time leading light in the Queensland music scene, Nik has gone on to perform across Australia, China, the USA and New Zealand. He is an independent artist who has released 6 albums and his most recent has just become the 1st Australian CD to be released in mainland China through a major Chinese record company.
