Le Flam' House cook a wood-fired French-style 'pizza' in their state-of-the-art mobile food cart, at your premises/venue.

Flammekueche or Tarte flambée is a well-known Alsacian speciality from the North-Eastern part of France. It is like pizza in that a thin crust of dough is baked in a very hot oven, but its topping is primarily crème fraîche, onions, and bacon.

You don't have to be french to enjoy it!

Le Flam' House is a family business who operates in South East Queensland only and over the Friday to Sunday period mainly, but can customise/travel further for special events such as Festivals, Weddings, Anniversary etc..

The product is made from scratch and cooked to order in front of you, guaranteeing optimum freshness and served hot. Catering for up to 100 people at any one time, Le Flam' House can produce a gluten & wheat free product if desired, but cannot do both wheat and wheat-free products during the same event.
