Bio As a young child, Stace D was mesmerised by the voice of The King, Elvis Presley and sought to emulate his idol. The passion, the presence, the soul, the charisma. The things that made Elvis a once in a lifetime phenomenon, and the greatest entertainer of all. Stace D has been singing Elvis to live audiences since 1996, and has practised his Elvis ‘vocal technique’ since the age of 13. Mastering the Elvis’ voice is not easy, but after a short while he was able to make it his natural voice, and to this day has no idea how his natural voice sounds! Stace D has played at various venues around Melbourne and interstate, and has a weekly residence at The Aegean Greek restaurant in Fitzroy where he performs Elvis and party classics. He performs Elvis in his own authentic way, adding his personal touch with humour, trivia, and insights into the life of Elvis. A true professional with over ten years onstage experience and training, Stace D has more energy than the Duracell battery, and will electrify his audiences with his showmanship!
