She began performing her distinct style of rootsy-jazz-pop at venues such as CB Gallery, Arlene’s Grocery and The Bitterend, venues renowned for artists such as Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley and Norah Jones. Megan became known as a woman who delivers a powerful live performance with audiences connecting strongly with her energy and dynamic vocals. On home-soil, Megan has become recognized as one of Australia's home-bred talents, launching her career to a growing and dedicated fan base and media acclaim. Megan has played in smoky clubs in NYC as well as private functions in Melbourne. Intimate experiences with Megan include wedding receptions, business launches and backyard BBQs. Major public performances include Earth Hour in Sydney, International Women’s Day in Melbourne, Bluesfest in Byron Bay and the Epcot International Festival in Florida with the indigenous act ‘Descendance’.
