Ann-Marita is a singer, songwriter and performer with her background in four different countries; Norway, Sweden, USA and now Australia. In a recent, glowing review of Ann-Marita’s sophomore solo album; “Intuition”, Country Music Capital News writes: “From Ann-Marita's lips comes a voice that is not just a voice - it is a musical instrument.”

Ann-Marita has been performing since she was a teenager; on cruise ships, in cover bands, as a backing vocalist, and as a solo act at some of the world’s top music industry events like Berlin’s Popkomm and Toronto’s Canadian Music Week.

Her music has garnered airplay on more than 200 radio stations worldwide, earned her finalist spots in both the MusicOz Awards and the Unisong International Songwriting Contest. Record reviewers have named her “…a Down Under Gem” and “…better than all of the Dixie Chicks combined”.

Ann-Marita performs with an acoustic duo/trio which features some of Australia’s top musicians. Together they play a little bit of country, a little bit of rootsy rock’n’roll, some good ol’ blues, and soulful renditions of timeless classics along with Ann-Marita’s original tunes. Ann-Marita’s smoky, powerhouse voice and Scandinavian charm wins over any crowd anywhere from Oz to the Arctic Circle.
