Combining Celtic heritage and classical training she is unlike any performer in Melbourne. Irish melodies intermingle with mystical songs of the Celts while classical favourites complement the charm that comes only from a song sung in French. With a Diploma of Music from Griffith University''s renowned Queensland Conservatorium of Music and, from the tender age of twelve, studying harp with The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra''s principal harpist, music is a way of life. It was while beginning studies at Queensland's Conservatorium in 1994 that Linda first combined singing and harp. Before the year ended she was regularly performing around Brisbane. For over ten years she continued to charm hundreds of audiences in both Queensland and NSW featuring as a special guest for concert events or creating a subtle ambience for corporate functions and weddings. Linda now brings her special performance style to Melbourne.
