Line up(s) available: 2 piece (duo) Smokey and Seano are the guys you want around at a party or function. A couple of old-school musos who have been playing around the traps since the early 90’s. You might remember Seano’s band ‘Dazy Chains’, they were one of the big Triple J Unearthed discoveries. Smokey and Seano joined forces as housemates initialy and were quick to notice their similar taste for quality songwriting with acoustic timbre. Their repetoire is largely made up of the best Australian songwriters; Paul Kelly, Bernard Fanning, Neil Finn, Tim Rogers and Nick Cave. All the classic oldies from around the world and carefully selected contemporary pop hits. Having played in several bands together since 1997 and an endless aray of parties, pubs and piss-ups, Smokey and Seano’s dynamic is inseparable. Their vocal harmonies are spotless and Seano’s guitar work rivals the original recordings. Both seasoned performers, they know when to pull it back, when to rock and can even MC an event for you. So if you’re looking for a couple of quality musos to churn out all the crowd favourites and have everyone shakin’ it on the dance floor, or play a sophisticated laid-back set in the background to hum along to, Smokey and Seano are your men.
