Line up(s) available: 4 piece (quartet) Dr. Smith is a four piece band that plays new modern rock songs combined with some old rock classics. Each band member has had varying degrees of experience within the local band scene. Jamie: Lead Vocalist Jamie has been singing in the local and country band scene since 1985. Jamie has played at various venues including The Bridgeway, Arkaba and at Roxby Downs. Jamie has played in bands including Horizon Find, Flaming Stars and Seventh Seal. Mik: Guitarist, back-up vocals, sequencing Mik has been playing in the local band scene since 1994 first playing with Crucial Time who played many venues including Cartoons and the Bridgeway. Other bands he has played in are Jellybean, Not Guilty, Anything Goes, Wizzards, Love Junk and SMS. Sharron: Back-Up Vocals and Harmonies Sharron trained at the “Leanne Hoad School of Singing” where her and fellow students formed a local band called 4-Leese, they took a tour of the Westfield Shopping Centres and also various other venues. Since 1995 Sharron has played with other Adelaide bands including 4 Sticks, Love-Junk, Changing Lanes and SMS. Sharron has also been involved with charity work for Ronald Mc Donald House, Rotary and the Anti Cancer Foundation. Andy: Bass Guitarist Andy has been playing the bass since 1980’s. Moving to Sydney Andy worked with bands in clubs, theatre restaurants as well as freelancing with R&R, R&B, Jazz and floorshow backing bands. Andy has worked in Crubeen, supported Furey Brothers, Berocca Brothers, George Thorogood. Andy worked on a regular basis at the Darwin Casino, at the famous “Sunset Jazz” where he supported artists like Vince Jones, Jane Rutter and James Morrison. Andy has recently worked in bands - Beagle Boys and Terandynol. 3am
