Biomaterial Linden “Fingers” Compassi (Keyboards/Vocals) Linden “Fingers” Compassi is a multi-talented professional musician, actor and comedian. He plays and composes and has performed in many guises and bands over the years playing anything from Rock'n'Roll to Modern/Original and everything in between. His instruments are piano/organ and vocals and can produce a tune from a licorice stick! His great musical loves are Soul and Blues (anything African-American really!). He loves the Blue's particularly because of the musical freedom improvisation accords him and because it means he doesn't have to learn anything properly!
With Irish Blood, an English Heart and an Australian Post Code…Conor is an experienced Drummer/Percussionist born and braised on heavy doses of British Ska, Punk and Brit Pop (2 Tone/Clash/Jam/Smiths etc). His first band (Testament of Youth) was particularly popular within the London “indie” scene. Percussion is a way of life for Conor as his father (Larry Healy) was also a drummer in one of Dublin’s finest Dance Bands. Conor has been drumming since he was 14 and perfected his craft via the legendary author of Drum Education books Mr. Joel Rothman. He is now a Drum Teacher himself and can “turn his hands” to all styles of music (his great musical love being British guitar pop from the 60’s to the 90’s). Since “growing up” Conor has developed his inimitable style as his music tastes matured in to Blues, Jazz and Soul and recently played with Jeanie Lushes and the Bad Blues Boys. Andrew McNiven is a multi-skilled musician and founder member of the legendary Urban Myth (now in their 20th year). He plays bass, double bass and guitar and has performed thousands of gigs over the years. With an incredible knowledge of Pop Culture and history his great musical loves and inspiration are the Rolling Stones. Andrew has recently used his skills to produce “up and coming” band Gotham City Heart Attack who are currently touring Australia.
Johnny “smacka” Nolan (Guitars/Vocals) Johnny “smacka” Nolan is an extremely talented professional musician who also performs with Andrew in The Urban Myth He plays harmonica, sings and plays guitar with The Hoochies but can also turn his hand to mandolin and banjo. A key member of the Fab Nobs Theatre Group, John’s style encompasses the spirit of the great Blues guitarists. His great musical love is the Blues which allows him to
