Mystic Moon - Spicey Fire and Bellydance Fusion

An exotic duo act combining high-energy fire twirling with rythmic bellydance set to exciting tribal music. Including fire fan dance, back bending, energetic choreography and daring fire spinning with fire snakes (ropes of fire), Mystic Moon will have you shimmying in your seat in this sizzling bellydance and fire extravaganza!

Available as a roving act or stage performance, Mystic Moon can perform both indoors and outside at events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large scale festivals.


Mystic Moon are: 

Shakeena - an explosive professional fusion bellydancer with over 6 years' performance experience, Shakeena has recently accompanied Melbourne bands Me, Barons of Tang and Dub the Magic Dragon to add her spicey, sensual flavour to their performance. Shakeena has performed at festivals such as Renaissance, Woodford Folk Festival and Island Vibe and redefines the artform with her energetic and unique style.

Alumette - Leading fire performer with Puzzle Dust Circus, Alumette is has been amazing audiences for over 7 years with her combination of highly technical fire spinning and smooth dance movement (for a full bio see Puzzle Dust Circus). Specialising in poi (balls of fire on chains), snakes (long ropes of fire on chains) and fire fan dance, Alumette's cool grace and ease while expertly handling fire is sure to impress.
