Then discover the vocal talents and artistry of Australia’s beautiful and sophisticated songstress Jodie-Joy, performing together with her unique jazz trio ‘Emerging Cocktail’. This sophisticated trio combines Jodie’s talents with an accomplished jazz pianist and conga/percussionist. Emerging Cocktail can also perform as a duo or as a band together with additional musicians, making the act especially flexible according to Event requirements. Singing ‘laid back’ lounge style music and jazz to suit all tastes, Jodie-Joy delivers with conviction, cover songs including artists like Alicia Keys, Etta James, Leonie Lewis, Frank Sinatra and more.
As a song writer Jodie-Joy has worked with many of Australia’s leading lights including Daniel Jones (Savage Garden), Audius (Delta Goodream), Paul Mac and Phil Burton (Human Nature). On television she has performed as one of the ‘Poptarts’ at the Logie Awards and regularly with Paul McDermott on Channel 10 ‘Good News Week’.
