Cairns based band, Shari & The Mice have developed a significant following in Far North Queensland over the last few years. Their Rock sound with solid foundations in country and blues has earned them the respect of their fans and peers and their live shows leave the audience screaming for more.

Following the success of her award winning debut solo album Sunny which has been receiving both international and national airplay, Shari Williams has joined forces with the Three Blind Mice to create one of the most dynamic live bands today.

No strangers to live performance, this four piece brings together Shari’s vocal talents, perfected in the live rock band scene in Sydney including solo performances at Sydney Opera House, together with Bass Player Brenton Thomas who toured with John Paul Young; Andy Mack on lead who has played alongside Phil Emmanuel, and introducing Kieran Finlay who has trained under some of the best Jazz drummers Australia has to offer.

Since their formation in 2007 they have been asked to perform with some of the Australia’s finest country artists including; James Blundell, Adam Brand and Catherine Britt. Shari was asked to perform alongside Rob Black at the Raffinatis café in Gympie, and as entertainment backstage at the Gympie Muster 2008.

With a new album in the pipeline, the video for “Dusty Boots’ which won Qmusic’s best country song 2008 on CMC, live interview and performances on ABC radio FNQ and SeaFM Cairns, Shari and the boys are preparing for a very busy year ahead.

  • Invited to perform at The Sydney Royal Easter Show 2009.
  • Q Song award winner for best country song 2008.
  • Live performances on ABC Far North, SeaFM Cairns, and Qld State Focus.
  • Headline Act to 15,000 people at the Mareeba Rodeo.
  • Invited to perform with CATHERINE BRITT at Mareeba 2008.
  • Invited to perform with ADAM BRAND at the WCMC Showcase in Mareeba 2008
  • Headline Act in the ‘Roses and Rogues’ Showcase with KIMBER SPARKS, ROD DOWSETT and LANCE GALLOWAY on Tour in FNQ.
  • Headline Act at the 2008 PBR Bull Ride to 2,500 people.
  • Support act to JAMES BLUNDELL’S ‘Ring around the moon’ tour in Cairns 2007.
  • Support act, to a sellout crowd of 2,000, for Kimber Sparks at the PBR Bull ride in Mareeba 2007
  • Shari was Telstra Road to Tamworth heat winner 2005.
  • Winner of the Croydon Poddy Dodgers songwriting competition 2006.
  • Currently performing at various venues across FNQ.
