Based in Melbourne, VIC Kotek is traditional Balinese Bamboo Music. Kotek is Melbourne’s first and only Rindik ensemble. Rindik music is relaxed and atmospheric but it can also be very exciting – Kotek brings a little slice of Bali to every performance. A duo featuring Adam King and Jeremy Dullard on Rindik. Not only is it rare to hear the sound of Balinese Gamelan in Australia, it is even rarer to see Australians playing the music with such precision and flair. Kotek brings traditional Balinese bamboo music (called Gamelan Rindik) to Australia.
