The Night Sky play gypsy jazz cabaret pop, with a dollop of tango and a side-serve of swampy blues – with lyrics that are sometimes darkly comic and sometimes just plain fanciful. Stereovolvo is a study in low-end theory combining dub tracks that draw strength from modern jazz fusion, Afro/Jamaican rhythm styles and ambient electronics.
