The Rhythm Hunters are a world music ensemble based on the Central Coast of NSW. Asian flute music is woven delicately into the thundering sound fabric of drums to create a music of heaven and earth. Music is punctuated with tight physical choreography including complex stick-throwing routines; fast interlocking patterns on bronze Talempong and a melodic family of ornate pacific wood blocks.
