Alegria is an exciting and versatile duo. Both lead singer Penny and vocalist, keyboardist and saxophonist Martin are consummate musicians and performers with years of experience. They can provide anything from smooth jazz and ballads to dynamic dance sets featuring a huge range of music from 50’s rock’n’roll through soul, funk, Motown, disco, 80’s, 90’s and the most recent pop hits. Add to this Martin’s experience in Spain and his repertoire of Latin dance songs, sung in fluent Spanish and Portuguese and you have a fantastic array of music that will keep everyone happy. Ballroom dance aficianados will be especially in their element! Alegria can provide other services including MC, wedding ceremony music, “Live Karaoke”, children’s and seniors’ entertainment.

The Caribbean Kings are a talented and versatile group of musicians who have based their style on a blend of Caribbean, Latin American and African music. These styles are well known for their appealing dance rhythms and infectious joyous melodies. In choosing repertoire, the band has endeavoured to remain within the boundaries of ‘popular’ music, to remain commercially appealing and entertaining.

Martin Cox is a highly versatile pianist/singer who is as comfortable playing soft jazz in a cocktail lounge as he is belting out soul, rock’n’roll or Latin dance songs (sung in fluent Spanish) with full backings on his keyboard. He has years of experience playing in restaurants, hotels, weddings, corporate functions and festivals here and in Spain and can read the audience like the palm of his hand. His enormous repertoire covers music from the 1920’s to now, encompassing jazz, pop, rock’n’roll, Latin, soul, Motown, folk, classical and his own songs and improvisations. Counting By Numbers are a versatile duo that can tailor their performances to suit your entertainment needs. From popular jazz standards to top 40 covers, Counting By Numbers can create a set list to suit corporate events, weddings and birthdays, or pub/café style gigs. As an acoustic duo they are perfect for intimate functions where laid back jazzy sounds are called for. They also have the ability to augment their sound with piano/keyboards and percussion for those larger events. Smokey and Seano are the guys you want around at a party or function. A couple of old-school musos who have been playing around the traps since the early 90’s. Their repetoire is largely made up of the best Australian songwriters; Paul Kelly, Bernard Fanning, Neil Finn, Tim Rogers and Nick Cave. All the classic oldies from around the world and carefully selected contemporary pop hits. So if you’re looking for a couple of quality musos to churn out all the crowd favourites and have everyone shakin’ it on the dance floor, or play a sophisticated laid-back set in the background to hum along to, Smokey and Seano are your men.

Deuce is a versatile and dynamic duo with a great sound and energy, playing all your favorite songs that get you feeling good and moving. From up beat disco to sing along rock classics, they will deliver fantastic entertainment every time for your next party or function.
Deuce can also cater for events that require an act with a little more kick than your average Duo. With their fantastic sound system and amazing studio produced backing tracks, Deuce can deliver a huge production without the cost of hiring a five piece band.

Tim performs an assortment of songs ranging from country ballads to hard rock, complimenting them with acoustic guitar playing styles ranging from soft finger-picking to funky and danceable rhythms. Lead singer of 'Emerging Cocktail', Jodie-Joy is one of Australia’s finest young adult contemporary female vocalists who is a sophisticated and polished performer. Playing popular cover songs, jazz favourites, easy listening classics and when requested, Jodie’s own original songs from her debut album “I Still Believe”. Jodie has had extensive experience, performing in various stage shows, theatres, corporate events, and large scale productions all over the world. Jodie is perfect for corporate events, weddings, cocktail functions and classy venue entertainment.

The extensive repertoire ranging from, Classical, Jazz, Latin, Brazilian. In his ‘One Man, Banned’ show, Jon Davis uses the latest digital backing tracks with his acoustic and electric guitars (including his 18-string, twin neck monster!) and performs timeless hits from your favourite artists in his own inimitable style. It should be pointed out here too, that JD actually performs the authentic guitar solos unlike many other acts who simply strum along! Throw a girl vocalist into the mix (if you need a duo) and maybe a few gags and you have a great night of entertainment. Jon Davis has an extensive history which takes in live performing, radio & television, and hosting anything from karaoke nights to corporate functions.

Pronounced: Lewdy9. LouD9 is a new Melbourne Coverband with experienced musicians banding together to make up the LouD9 team. This awesomely talented band will have crowds all over Melbourne thoroughly enjoying themselves to the extreme, with the sounds that this Coverband has to offer. Luke's (lead singer) appeal on stage is one of the best in the business.

Chris Sporton is a musician of over 30 years experience. He has played at hundreds of weddings, and hundreds more birthdays and corporate functions. With a song list encompassing the swing era of the forties through to current chart music, versatility is the name of the game. Chris produces his own backings using midi type techniques with new hardware that produces realistic sounds through digital sampling technology. Of course, add live guitars and vocals and you’ll hear nothing better. Chris also specialises in Karaoke nights and Entertainment Trivia Nights.

Leah is a Singer, Actress, Model, Session Musician and Voice over artist. Leah’s distinctive quality and her unique style are unmistakable in every style she performs. Not only a charismatic performer, Leah has a great respect for Latin music and expresses this in her unique and rhythmic style of conga and percussion playing.

When spending a night with Raven Doll the first thing you hear when walking into the room is the sweat and sassy sound of Leah and Ellen singing smooth Jazz and Blues. Captured by the Glamour and sheer presence on stage from some very charming musicians who love what they do, you start to mingle with a cocktail in hand and a few Funky tunes. As the night hits full swing everyone is on the dance floor as Raven Doll leap into some hot Latin, sugary Disco and some groovin’ Rock ‘n’ Roll.

Tash Anderson wrote her first song at the age of six and since then has developed a passion for composing and performing. She has been playing the piano ever since she was young and is self- taught. Tash was a member of many bands from a young age before branching out on her own.
