Rhythm and Steel Workshops incorporating Steel Drums and Percussion Instruments. This is an interactive workshop with varios degrees of conatct for children of all ages and adults. Rhythm and Steel Workshops are a fun way to develop team building skills, raise self esteem, improve coordination and thrash out stress. The workshops will have partcipants wrapped in the atmosphere of the Caribbean, giving them a sweet chunk of the magic of calypso music thru percussion and the steel drum.

He looks hilarious in his suit as he does stretching poses, and he is always cracking silly little jokes that kids love. Yoga Bear's performances usually go for 25-30 mins, and include healthy stretching, therapeutic breathing, amazing creative dreaming, meditation, maybe some farting, and lots of laughing! Yoga Bear is Toby Wallace in a big blue bear suit - Toby has a Masters in Yoga from Varanasi, India and is an expert in training people to breathe well, relax, and to understand their bodies.
