Aerialize: Sydney Aerial Theatre is Sydney's leading aerial and circus arts training centre and performance company. It was founded in 1999 by Shelalagh McGovern and Aimee Thomas to promote circus and aerial skills in the community. Aerialize has performed at numerous festivals and events such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics opening ceremony, the Ignite! Festival at Homebush Bay, Adelaide Fringe Theatre Festival and The Studio at the Opera House. Acts include Aerial Tissue, Ring, Spanish Web and Trapeze.
