The Rhythm Hunters
Based in Central Coast, NSW The Rhythm Hunters are a world music ensemble based on the Central Coast of NSW. Asian flute music is woven delicately into the thundering sound fabric of drums to create a music of heaven and earth. Music is punctuated with tight physical choreography including complex stick-throwing routines; fast interlocking patterns on bronze Talempong and a melodic family of ornate pacific wood blocks. The Rhythm Hunters perform at corporate functions, community events, cultural ceremonies, gallery openings and music festivals. Drumming & Rhythm classes, workshops and team building are also offered. |
